Gallow Green

We all know that Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer. So, why not end the weekend with a rooftop brunch. I’d seen the Gallow Green at the McKittrick Hotel before, so I thought why not have an end of summer brunch with a friend.

The vibe of the restaurant was set from the moment you check in downstairs, to the elevator that played speakeasy music, to exiting the elevator to the newsstand and walking up the stairs to the rooftop.

I loved the greenery that shaped the entryway and led me to my seat that reminded me of a little Parisian bistro.

The staff wore green as well, were sweet and helpful. Attending their champagne brunch is a must.

My friend and I decided on the summer spritz, the ultimate bagel and chicken and waffles. Their food did NOT disappoint.

Let me know if you have any questions.
